There are two pricing structures for software development teams to take advantage of GrokOla: Web-based Instance or Installed (Server).
A “web-based instance” of GrokOla means that your team gets a private instance of GrokOla that lives on our servers. This push-button instance is our most popular option, allowing you to access all of GrokOla’s features, with all updates and new features added, without any installation required on your end. You still own your content, but it is stored on our secure servers. Your team navigates to a dedicated URL, enters credentials, and accesses GrokOla.
With this selection, you purchase your own standalone GrokOla software that you are then able to install on one server per license. Twelve months of maintenance and features are included, and following that period, you would take advantage of an update package.
