There are two pricing structures for software development teams to take advantage of GrokOla: Web-based Instance or Installed (Server).
A web-based instance of GrokOla meant that your team gets a private instance of GrokOla that lives on our servers. This push-button instance is our most popular option, allowing you to access all of GrokOla’s features, with all updates and new features added. You still own your content, but it is stored on our secure servers (while you still own it!) Your team navigates to a dedicated URL, enters credentials, and accesses GrokOla.
With this selection, you purchase your own GrokOla software that you are then able to install on your servers. Twelve months of maintenance and features are included, and following that period, you would take advantage of an update package.
Current Keyhole Software Clients
Active Keyhole Software clients automatically receive a free, private instance of GrokOla. If an engagement ends, that client can continue using GrokOla per the monthly pricing, or export the Groks (answers) and content.
